Enjoy our beautiful setting for your dream wedding. Winter or Summer are breathtaking and the lodge is suited for that intimate setting for family and friends.  There are several locations on site for your ceremony.

Our staff prides ourselves on giving you the wedding of your dreams.  Each menu is designed specifically for your event.

SML rental guidlines:

  • The Rendezvous Room is reserved for $450.00 per day. 
  • A $700.00 fee plus 18% gratuity will be charged in addition to the room rental fee for those who chose to have outside caterers.  The Snowy Mountain Lodge kitchen, equipment, etc. will not be available for caterer useAdditional fees for linen, silverware, china, etc.
  • $450.00 is required as a deposit.  This fee is non-refundable.
  • All events must end no later than 10:30pm.
  • Snowy Mountain Lodge does not serve alcoholic beverages; however, guests may bring in their own. Client will provides everything related to serving alcohol beverages. Alcohol must remain in the Rendezvous room.No alcohol may be served or consumed by minors.
  • Linen is an additional fee.
  • Food costs will not be guaranteed until 30 days prior to the event.
  • The maximum seating capacity for events is 70 people; this varies based on the set up. 
  • (10) ten days prior to the event, your guaranteed number of guests is required. If the total number of guests exceed your guaranteed number, SML cannot guarantee that we will have enough food for those guests.  Discounts will not be granted if your headcount is less than your guaranteed number.
  • Payment of all fees and expenses incurred during your stay will be due and payable prior to departing the Snowy Mountain Lodge.
  • Regardless of prior arrangements, Snowy Mountain Lodge has the right to ask guests to leave or terminate an event early due to intoxication or damage issues. 
  • Snowy Mountain Lodge will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents related to alcohol and its consumption.
  • Any damage due to negligence of guests attending the event at the Snowy Mountain Lodge will be the responsibility of the renting organization.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the Lodge.
  • Pets are not permitted in the Lodge.
  • Outside events may be disrupted due to weather conditions. 
  •  Tables are set for a maximum of 8 people.
  • Guests are not permitted in the kitchen area at anytime. 
  • Candles may be used as decoration only.  Candles may not be lit at anytime in the Rendezvous room.
  • The Lodge and dining room will remain open during the event. 
  • Events with guests over 20 will be buffet style. 
  • Snowy Mountain retains the right to deny certain decorations being used in the Rendezvous room.
